1. The Service

Avatier TCC captures action items from Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, lets you triage and complete tasks, sends completion notices, and reports on activity. Use of connected sources is governed by our Privacy Policy. Features vary by plan.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any mailbox or Teams account you link to the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights using the Service;
• access data you are not authorized to access, or connect sources without consent;
• probe, scan, overload, or attempt to bypass the security, rate limits, or tenant isolation of the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• attempt to evade AI-credit metering or generate abusive automated load against AI features;
• upload malware or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

We may suspend access to protect the Service or other customers.

4. Billing and AI credits

Paid plans are billed per seat on a recurring subscription. AI usage is metered in integer credits; each plan includes a monthly allowance and overage (where enabled) is metered transparently. See the Pricing page for current plans, included credits, and overage handling.

• Fees are stated and charged in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• On the Free plan, AI capture fails closed when the allowance is spent — manual tasks keep working and no charge is incurred.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice for upcoming billing periods.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to your tasks and the source content you connect. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (including sending relevant text to our AI sub-processor for parsing). We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it.

6. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses automated AI to detect and summarize tasks. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing captured tasks before relying on them. The Service assists with, but does not replace, your own judgment.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every task will be captured.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avatier will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, fees owed, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction placeholder], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law grants you rights in your home jurisdiction.
